Terms & Conditions

Operated by MYC Dispensary Ltd Version 1.0 Last updated: September 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply when Naturecan Pharmacy dispenses, supplies and delivers medication to you. Please read them carefully. By requesting a repeat prescription, paying for an order or accepting a delivery from us, you agree to these Terms.
Medical cannabis is a prescription-only controlled drug. We can only supply it against a valid prescription, and our pharmacists may decline to dispense where it would not be safe or lawful to do so.

3. Our Service

We dispense prescriptions for cannabis-based products for medicinal use (CBPMs) issued by Naturecan Clinic (Ropana Clinics Ltd), and deliver them to you by Royal Mail. Where you are on an approved shared care plan, our prescribing pharmacist may review and issue repeat prescriptions within the treatment parameters set by your doctor.
We do not:
  • Provide medical consultations or diagnose conditions; these are provided by Naturecan Clinic
  • Dispense prescriptions issued by other clinics
  • Provide an emergency service; if you need urgent medical help, call 999 or NHS 111

4. Prescriptions and Dispensing

  • Medical cannabis prescriptions are valid for 28 days from the date they are issued. We cannot dispense after a prescription has expired.
  • For Schedule 2 controlled drugs, we must receive and verify the signed FP10 prescription form before we can dispense.
  • Our pharmacists carry out a clinical check of every prescription and may contact your prescriber, or decline to dispense, where they have concerns about safety or legality.
  • You must give us accurate and complete information, including your delivery address and any changes to your health relevant to a repeat prescription.

5. Prices and Payment

  • The price of your medication depends on the products, quantities and formulations prescribed. We will show you the total cost before you pay.
  • Once your prescription has been verified and your order is ready, we will email you a secure payment link.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna. Klarna is subject to Klarna's own eligibility checks and terms.
  • We cannot dispatch your medication until payment has been confirmed. Please pay promptly so your prescription does not expire.
  • Consultation fees charged by Naturecan Clinic are separate and are payable to Naturecan Clinic, not to us.

6. Delivery

  • We dispatch orders by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, usually on the same or next working day after payment is confirmed, and email you a tracking number.
  • We deliver to Royal Mail-served addresses in the United Kingdom. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or addresses outside the UK.
  • Parcels can only be delivered to the person named on the prescription. A signature is required and Royal Mail may ask for photographic ID. Parcels cannot be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
  • Your medication is sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside.
  • If you miss a delivery, you must collect the parcel from Royal Mail with photographic ID within the time Royal Mail allows. A redelivery fee may apply if a parcel is returned to us.
  • If you will be away, tell us before dispatch and we can hold your order. Address changes must be made before your prescription is issued.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched, and we will refund any payment you have made.
  • Once dispensed medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned and re-dispensed, for safety and legal reasons. The 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to medicines dispensed against your prescription once they have been dispatched.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us straight away and do not use the affected medication. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • If we are unable to dispense after you have paid, for example because the prescription cannot lawfully be supplied, we will refund you in full.
  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Your Responsibilities

You must:
  • Only use your medication as directed by your prescriber and pharmacist
  • Never give, sell or share your medication with anyone else, which is a criminal offence under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971
  • Store your medication securely and out of reach of children
  • Not drive or operate machinery if your medication impairs you
  • Return unused or expired medication to a pharmacy for safe disposal
  • Check the law of any country before travelling abroad with your medication

9. Side Effects and Safety

If you experience a side effect or a change in your condition, contact your prescriber or our pharmacist team. You can also report suspected side effects to the MHRA at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk. In an emergency, call 999.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please tell us. Our Complaints Policy explains how to complain, how we will respond and how to escalate your complaint.

11. Your Personal Data

MYC Dispensary Ltd is the Data Controller for the personal data we process to supply your medication. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use your data and your rights. You can contact us about data protection at dpo@naturecanpharmacy.com.

12. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
  • Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
  • We are not responsible for prescribing decisions made by Naturecan Clinic, for Klarna's credit decisions, or for losses caused by you not following the directions given with your medication.
