Contact us directly
In the first instance, please raise your concern with us directly by email at support-uk@naturecanpharmacy.com or by phone on 0203 808 6988. Please include your name, patient reference number, and a clear description of your concern.

We acknowledge your complaint
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two working days and provide you with the name of the person handling your case.

We investigate and respond
We aim to provide a full written response within ten working days. If the investigation requires more time, we will keep you informed of progress.

If you remain unsatisfied
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can escalate to an independent body. See the escalation options on the right.
